Water for Tomorrow Conference
Water for Tomorrow and its partners are hosting a 1 day event, on Tuesday 22nd March, World Water Day.
Join us for a thought-provoking conference to explore innovative approaches to enable more responsive short-term management of drought events, and better long-term planning, as well as investment in water management at a local scale.
Learn more about:
- Participatory approaches to build a local picture of availability and demand for water
- Monitoring to anticipate drought
- Decision making support models
- Next steps for a collaborative approach to building resilience at a local scale
This conference also provides an opportunity to hear from expert speakers from the UK and France who will discuss a more collaborative approach to managing our water resources across the multitude of sectors who depend on it to thrive. The event is hosted and been put together by our project partners: The Rivers Trust, Water Resources East, the Environment Agency, Brgm (French Geological Survey), and CABBALR.
To reserve your place at the conference, register via Eventbrite.
This conference will be livestreamed, if you are not able to join us in person on the day.
